This fruit has become a very popular  it is being heavily used in making fresh juice,currently the fruit is expensive 3 fruits can cost 25 shillings in urban centres,the most popular type is the purple its tasty.unlike the past the carbonated juices or softdrinks have become unpopular due to relation with slow chronic illness.
KARI developed new types namely KPF4,KPF11 and KPF 12.This types are drought resistant and  superior quality.
A farmer can harvest as much as 3 tonnes from a hector ,farm gate price is 20shillingswhile a kilo can go to as 180shillings.>.assuming you harvest 20,000KG =3.6MILLION

Passion takes less months to grow  thus a quick earner however one must seek technical advice on the fruit before venture.
most youths can venture into this since there is high demand coca cola and Melinda Gates foundation are targeting small and large farmers for production of yellow fruit it is less grown but have become on demand due to low acidic and high sweet  juice content .

Apple

apple is yet another fruit that is hitting headlines,a farmer in nyeri named James  Wambugu has become famous all over the globe  for developing Wambugu apple.
The demand for apple is huge in Kenya,the wambugu apple is resistant to bad weather, diseases it also takes shorter period to grow than the one sourced from south africa.
the fruit,he has made millions from selling the seedlings which costs about 1000 each.
One harvest he made more than 5million in sale of fruit and seedlings.
it is estimated in one hector can produce 767000 shillings after you  subtract the imput costs which is more less.

Raising capital is the most interesting part of  any investment group,in housing  projects you need to know how you are going to finance your project,for example a real estate needs investment and finances to get  best deals in market,to close such deals you need to be very careful and innovative.

The first rule is to raise capital, it may be your personal savings,equity or mutual funds.

Dear Invester




Thank you for being here,our story is  fascinating and successful thanks to Mark Zuckerberg the creater of facebook.
 On 12th dec 2012 the club was born  non of the members knew each other physically,  earlier on  we engaged online page called pamoja kenya page,we all had a common denominator  of being worked up as  tenants.During this  meeting  that  took place in Norwhich towers Nairobi.
 Putting fears under our feet we introduced ourself exchanged ideas which bore Pamoja kenya investment club.

With one aim in mind we decided its time for us to make a change.by being part of change,we realised its easier to become  tenant for too long  but its much more easier by owning a property forever.We came up with idea of a fixed  target towards our vision,where each member has a specific financial target,with commitment and transparency before end of next year group will own several properties.However this Group main purpose  is to see all of us owning a house not too long we looked at the best examples like Jamii Bora which is doing exactly same for its members why not us?.

Our biggest assets are you members you comprise of different talent and professions by volunteering your will go far,we have lawyers,doctors,IT professionals logistics,Artist,Bankers,Business people and many more with combined effort nothing is impossible.
